Did you have many thoughts going through your head today and yet no idea what you could possibly write. You had the thought to possibly draft something and publish tomorrow. NO,
there is always something worth sharing.

This is what in my dry-spell, I came up with:

[ - Living in Leicester? , learn the violin with Suzuki Violin instructor Zina Zelter, my main Footpaths partner in reducing carbon footprint. - Mindfulness in the making. ]

[ - Transition Leicester is still alive - Ask me, I'll tell you ]

[- OnlyWorn and Leicester Fixers discussing T-shirts, do you want to know more? ]

[ - There will be some sewing repair at the next restart party in Leicester - 6th May - check facebook page]

[ I dreamt of being a business/academic/fashion/laissez faire/actress - somewhere in my heart, there is a thirst to be on the stage somewhere in Broadway]

Horrid Airbnb Experience - Part 6

In part 5, M. confront B. who is half of the man we first met. He cries and he is ashamed of himself. He promises he won't drink no more. We decide to keep him one more night and to help him with his car the following day. The night comes. M. is called to visit his sister. I decide to go with him reluctantly.  As M. and I come out of the house. B. comes down the stairs and said that he is going for a walk. I do not trust him. M. said to me to not worry that he talked to him and everything will be fine. We arrive in front of her sister house. I decide to go back to the house as I am not feeling well. I go back to the house. No one yet. I can hear the clickety of the keys in the door. I decide to open it because I know B. is back. He looks at me, scared. In his a Tesco bag with a pack of 10 Stella Artois. I am horrified. I decide not to confront him. He goes upstairs to the bedroom. I call M.: ''Come back to the house NOW''

Sorrow Cycle - Love is here to stay

If you find yourself going through another cycle of sorrow and grieving, there is a song that may help you.  ''Love is here to stay'', the music was written by  George Gershwin  with lyrics by  Ira Gershwin .  Ira Gershwin wrote the words after George's death as a tribute to his brother’s passing. The song resonates with me as I find myself missing a person I love dearly. It puts forward that whatever changes, love is here to stay. The memory of love received, the love that still remains that you receive each day, the love that you give, the love that you feel, the love that is still there to welcome within your life. It will always be there regardless of the earthquake, tsunamis, illnesses and sadness. No point closing yourself from it by fear of losing it again, embrace it and live fully.

When it is good...

When it is good, it is so so good. You are in nirvana as you live for a second or two right now. And then before you know it, It's gone. Accept it. Do not look back. I can't promise that they will be some more enlightenment tomorrow. Yet if you start dancing and smiling, it will be so so good.
