Change the world a nap at a time

Do not give up on the possibility to share your voice when you are tired. Just shout out loud: ''I am Tired - ''Leave me Rest'' - ''We need to change for a restful world'' Overworking, overstressing, overdoing, overdose it comes, your body will let you know sooner or later that it needs to re-energise itself. Her grandmother, father and aunt were in the room. The lights were off. It was dark. The only light in the room was the TV. My heart lighted up when I saw them. I was happy to see them.
